Sticking hands

Two Man: Variation No. One – Inside Whipping Punch 

  1. ‘L’ and ‘R’ face each other in the basic position. ‘L’ extends right arm in open hand block, ‘R’ places his left arm over in a monkey fist hand position.    (photo 1)
  2. ‘L’ attempts right vertical palm.  (photo 2)
  3. ‘R’ is "sensitive" to this move and parries with drop elbow block.  (photos 2-3)
  4. ‘L’ attempts a inside whipping punch.  (photos 4-6)
  5. ‘R’ is "sensitive" to the movement and counters with a right hand wing arm block.  (photos 4-6)
  6. ‘L’ and ‘R’ return to the basic position in step 1. Repeat five more times (total of six sets) then do other side.

 Note: That the hands have swapped over ‘R’ is in the open hand block and will initiate and ‘L’ is in the monkey fist and will counter

When this has been performed many times the next stage is changing hands. The arms are touching through out the exercise.
