Sticking hands

Two Man: Variation No. One – Inside Whipping Punch
- ‘L’ and ‘R’ face each other in the basic position. ‘L’ extends right arm in open hand block, ‘R’ places his left arm over in a monkey fist hand position. (photo 1)
- ‘L’ attempts right vertical palm. (photo 2)
- ‘R’ is "sensitive" to this move and parries with drop elbow block. (photos 2-3)
- ‘L’ attempts a inside whipping punch. (photos 4-6)
- ‘R’ is "sensitive" to the movement and counters with a right hand wing arm block. (photos 4-6)
- ‘L’ and ‘R’ return to the basic position in step 1. Repeat five more times (total of six sets) then do other side.
Note: That the hands have swapped over ‘R’ is in the open hand block and will initiate and ‘L’ is in the monkey fist and will counter

- ‘R’ attempts right vertical palm. (photo 2)
