Variation Four - Full Circle

  1. Prepare as with the half circle in the basic position (Not shown here)
  2. Hand brought forward in open hand block. (photo 1)
  3. Vertical palm attack. (photo 2)
  4. Hand pushed down by drop elbow block. (photo 3)
  5. Hand defends across with cultivating hand block. (photo 4)
  6. Forward attack with lower spade hand held horizontally. (photo 5)
  7. Hand then defends with circle block. (photo 6)
  8. Punch using lifting fist. (photo 7)
  9. Return to Monkey hand (photo 8)
  10. Drop elbow block (photo 9)
  11. Lower fist attack (using bottom three knuckles) (photo 10)
  12. Lower vertical palm attack (fingers down) (photo 11)
  13. Return to start (photo 12)
