Variation Four - Full Circle

- Prepare as with the half circle in the basic position (Not shown here)
- Hand brought forward in open hand block. (photo 1)
- Vertical palm attack. (photo 2)
- Hand pushed down by drop elbow block. (photo 3)
- Hand defends across with cultivating hand block. (photo 4)
- Forward attack with lower spade hand held horizontally. (photo 5)
- Hand then defends with circle block. (photo 6)
- Punch using lifting fist. (photo 7)
- Return to Monkey hand (photo 8)
- Drop elbow block (photo 9)
- Lower fist attack (using bottom three knuckles) (photo 10)
- Lower vertical palm attack (fingers down) (photo 11)
- Return to start (photo 12)
